The Role

We Are Nameless is a privately owned specialist automotive marketing and PR agency based in Braunston on the Northamptonshire / Warwickshire border. With a growing client base ranging from exciting new automotive start-ups to major global OEM brands, we are looking to expand our team with an Account Manager to support key clients.

We are seeking a driven and energetic team player who has a passion for marketing and the ability to make things happen. Experience or genuine enthusiasm for cars and motorcycles is an absolute benefit complete with a sound understanding of the marketplace. We need an individual who can bring new ideas to the table, has a full appreciation for digital and social marketing, and strong organisational skills. As a self-starter, the successful candidate will thrive on making projects move at pace and will be skilled at managing agency client relationships.

The role will be mainly office based but will include travel to visit clients, attend shoots, events, etc. A driving licence is therefore a key requirement.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day running and project management of a portfolio of client accounts

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings

  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests

  • Plan, map, and execute marketing plans on behalf of the client

  • Liaise with third party suppliers and organise elements such as photography shoots, media days, etc

  • Give frequent presentations to clients updating them on plans and project status

  • Help create quotations and ensure that all work is invoiced and paid

  • Process and manage the timely payment of suppliers

  • Manage a budget and achieve targets

  • Generate accurate status reports and ensure that all activities are being delivered on time and on budget

  • Help identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in client facing roles

  • The ability to create powerful PowerPoint presentations and the confidence to deliver them to senior level client-side personnel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong inter-personal skills

  • Very well organised with the ability, rigour, and resilience to follow up all outstanding points

  • The ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure

  • Sound knowledge of the English language

  • The ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Attention to detail

  • A passion and interest in automotive (ideally cars and motorcycles)

  • The willingness to ‘get stuck in’ and assist across other projects

  • The confidence to enjoy their work and shape their environment to suit their personality and work type. It is important that the candidate is able to have fun in their work and to enjoy being part of our team.


A relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing is preferable.
