Requirements

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and excel at forging strong client relationships? Our agency is at the forefront of automotive marketing, where creativity meets strategy to deliver innovative campaigns. We are seeking a Client Director who will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving the success of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong team leader keen on making a significant impact in the automotive marketing world.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead client communications and set the agenda. Craft and execute comprehensive plans that align with client objectives.

  • Innovative Marketing Strategies: Define success metrics and develop marketing strategies that achieve business goals. Utilise your creativity to lead and inspire project teams, ensuring excellence, adherence to budget, and alignment with client briefs.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining robust relationships through regular updates, strategic meetings, and innovative proposals.

  • Financial Acumen: Manage client P&Ls to optimise efficiency and value while overseeing resource allocation for timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Analytical Insight: Monitor marketing performance, leveraging your analytical skills to recommend enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate into client strategies.

  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets for your portfolio, contributing to the agency's success.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and persuasively presenting strategies.

  • Marketing Expertise: Experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning insights into actions.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Industry Savvy: Keen understanding of marketing and advertising trends, with experience in events marketing a plus.

  • Organisational Excellence: Outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and the resilience to pursue excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

  • Preferably experience within the automotive sector.

  • A passion for the automotive world.

  • A full, clean UK driving licence and the ability to commute as needed.
