We Are Nameless is a privately owned specialist automotive marketing and PR agency based in Braunston on the Northamptonshire / Warwickshire border. With a growing client base ranging from exciting new automotive start-ups to major global OEM brands, we are looking to expand our team with a newly created role of Social Media Lead.
We are seeking an energetic individual who has a passion for all things automotive and the ability to deliver exceptional social media activations for our suite of clients. Our agency is growing rapidly and there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to benefit from personal growth and diversification as we scale the business.
The role will be mainly office based with some travel to visit clients, attend shoots, events, etc.
SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD
Duties and Responsibilities:
National and overseas clients content planning and calendars on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media accounts.
Develop and manage targeted paid campaigns to drive fan growth, enquiries, and engagement.
Create captivating content for client social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content
Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring, and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
Develop reporting to demonstrate effectiveness and positive return on investment. This will require a good understanding of Google Analytics and social media platform management reporting tools.
Explore new social platforms for opportunities of growth.
Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts to increase engagement and protect brand reputation.
Define the agency social media strategy and content.
Develop innovative social media strategies and test social media posts on multiple channels.
Define keyword strategies for Pay Per Click Google AdWords campaigns
Online marketing channels familiarity and ability to execute google analytics knowledge on a daily basis.
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working across all key social media platforms
Experience creating and managing effective paid campaigns to highly targeted audiences (social and PPC)
Great communication skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives and clients
An ability to perform under pressure
Sound knowledge of the English language combined with strong writing skills
The ability to think strategically and creatively
A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search
A passion and interest in automotive (ideally cars and motorcycles)
The willingness to ‘get stuck in’ and assist across other projects
The confidence to enjoy their work and shape their environment to suit their personality and work type. It is important that the candidate is able to have fun in their work and to enjoy being part of our team.
