The Role:


We are looking for a strategic, organised, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing high-impact paid and organic social media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring measurable outcomes for our clients. You’ll need a proven track record of success, operating with autonomy and confidence to guide clients from initial strategy through to flawless execution.


This role is highly collaborative, requiring someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, working seamlessly across account teams and functions. You’ll need to juggle multiple clients, maintain a sharp focus on delivering exceptional work, and consistently ensure the agency’s social media output is innovative, engaging, and effective.

Your ability to combine strategic insight, creative planning, and hands-on execution will be vital in helping our clients grow their social presence, engage their audiences, and achieve their business goals.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Paid & Organic Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Drive follower growth and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI for clients.

  • Audience Engagement: Build and nurture online communities, maximising organic reach and fostering meaningful audience engagement to enhance brand visibility.

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop cohesive content strategies and planners aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, results-driven content.

  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Use social media tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Apply data to refine campaigns and drive continual optimisation.

  • Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform updates, social media trends, and best practices. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to ensure client campaigns remain competitive and impactful.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through social media strategies and ensuring seamless execution aligned with their goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, creative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated, high-quality delivery across all campaigns.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently and reporting is accurate and transparent.


What we're looking for:


  • Proven success in developing and managing paid and organic social media campaigns with measurable results.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a social media-focused role, ideally within a marketing agency and with exposure to the automotive or lifestyle sectors.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, advertising strategies, and audience engagement techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage content strategies, planners, and workflows.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics, interpret data, and apply insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Solution-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a high-pressure environment with the ability to navigate challenges creatively and efficiently.

  • Proactive and results-driven, with a high level of accountability for individual and team success.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

  • Collaborative team player who can work seamlessly across functions and foster a supportive and innovative work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence with the ability to travel as needed.
