We Are Nameless is looking for a passionate and skilled Content Creator to shoot, edit, and deliver killer automotive and motorsport content. You’ll be filming performance cars, EVs, and bikes across the UK and beyond — using everything from pro cameras to GoPros — and creating scroll-stopping content for social and digital. If you’ve got a sharp eye, fast hands, a love for the industry, and a portfolio to prove it, we want to hear from you.

£25,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience

We Are Nameless is a bold, creative automotive marketing agency built for the fast lane. Based just outside Daventry, Northamptonshire, we’re privately owned, agile, and driven by a deep passion for all things automotive. From EVs to superbikes, performance icons to motorsport heroes, we create scroll-stopping content and unforgettable experiences for some of the most exciting brands in the business.

While we work across a variety of sectors, our heartland is automotive, where we deliver everything from high-profile product launches to major events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes cars and motorcycles, knows their way around a camera, and thrives in high-energy environments. You’ll be capturing and creating powerful visual content — from trackside hero shots to rapid-fire Reels — that resonates with car and bike lovers across platforms.

This is not your average 9–5. Shoots can be early, late, or full-on, and you’ll need to be ready to go the extra mile to get the shot. You’ll join a tight-knit, high-performing team, and your work will help shape the voice of exciting automotive brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and produce dynamic photo and video content across a wide range of automotive, motorcycle, EV and motorsport subjects
Edit content with impact — from polished brand pieces to snappy social-first reels and stories
Use a variety of gear, including FX3's, GoPros, Osmos, phones, and gimbals
Work collaboratively with our content, creative, and social teams to bring briefs to life
Deliver fast-turnaround edits when speed is essential
Spot and act on content opportunities in real-time
Organise and maintain content libraries and archives

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years’ hands-on content creation experience
A growing portfolio of photo and video work — essential for application
A passion for cars, bikes, and motorsport — this is not optional
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop essential; After Effects a bonus)
Familiarity with other editing and post-production tools
Skilled in both video and stills — concept to delivery
Confident working with both professional and mobile kit
Must be social-media savvy — especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and unsociable hours
Must be in the Northamptonshire office (shoots permitting) at least 3 days per week
Must be able to travel for shoots, sometimes at short notice
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK (valid visa or residency status)
