Every decision made in their design came directly from years of running live events for some of the most demanding brands in the world. The result is a self-contained, turnkey brand activation unit that looks the part, works the part, and asks very little of the team running it.

What is included in every premium event lounge hire

Starlink satellite WiFi, integrated as standard. Not reliant on venue infrastructure. Not dependent on mobile signal. It is there because we built it in, and it means demos run, data capture works, card payments go through, and social posts go out in real time — regardless of where the event is or how many people are on site.
A 75-inch UHD display screen, wall-mounted at the rear, ready to play brand content from a loaded USB stick. Timber-clad walls. Recessed LED downlighting. Leather armchairs. A reception counter. Climate control throughout. 32 amps of clean power distributed across the unit. A built-in Nespresso machine, an integrated fridge, and 200 capsules. Branded cups printed to your specification.
There is even a hoover, stored in its own dedicated cupboard. Because a premium brand space should look immaculate on day three, not just day one.

Purpose-built mobile event lounge units: specification
Each unit measures 6,000mm x 2,600mm with an overall height of 3,000mm including the branded fascia header. The full-width fascia runs the entire length of the unit above the entrance. It carries your branding from the moment the unit arrives on site.
Available in black or white as standard. On branding, anything is possible. The entire exterior can be wrapped or painted to specification. The rear acoustic panels are replaceable — different colours, personalised brand wallpaper, whatever makes the space completely ownable. From a clean co-branded presence through to a total visual takeover. The unit becomes your space entirely.
It arrives on a HIAB. Operational within the hour. When the event day is done, slide the doors closed. It still presents a premium branded face to the world even when the team has finished for the night. Collection is arranged. It leaves without a trace.

Additional live days from £500 per day.
