We Are Nameless has just wrapped a very rewarding project — a multi-day media and content creator launch event for the new MG4 and MG4 Urban. Working in close collaboration with Loop PR, we delivered a seamless press event that brought together national motoring journalists, lifestyle media, and over 25 handpicked content creators to experience MG's latest models firsthand.

Activating a Content Creator Programme

A traditional press event gets your car in front of journalists. A great press event gets it in front of entirely new audiences. That was the ambition behind the influencer and content creator programme we were tasked with building for MG — and it became one of the defining elements of the launch.


The WAN team activated a programme with over 25 creators across the event days, managing the entire process end-to-end: creator sourcing and selection, fee negotiations, contracting, script assistance to ensure brand messaging landed correctly, and post-campaign measurement to quantify reach and impact. This is not a bolt-on service for us — it is a core capability we have built specifically for automotive clients who need their launches to work harder.


The creator roster was deliberately diverse, blending established automotive voices with lifestyle creators who could introduce MG to consumers that a traditional motoring press event would never reach. That crossover between automotive credibility and lifestyle reach is where the real value sits. An automotive journalist will write a review that influences someone already in-market. A lifestyle creator with an engaged audience of young professionals or families will plant the seed months before the purchase journey even begins. Finding the Perfect Venue

Every great launch starts with the right setting, and venue sourcing was one of the first challenges we tackled. We needed a location that could hold static cars indoors, offer extensive parking for a full fleet, provide EV charging infrastructure, and deliver the kind of visual impact that would elevate MG's brand on camera.


We found all of that and more at Rackleys Chiltern Hills. Nestled in the Buckinghamshire countryside, Rackleys has only been used for a handful of automotive events in the past — but it proved to be an incredible find. The venue comfortably accommodated three cars inside its main space, offered ample parking for the wider fleet, and crucially provided five EV chargers on site. For an electric vehicle launch, that infrastructure is non-negotiable. The team at Rackleys were a genuine delight to work with, and we have no doubt this venue will feature heavily on the automotive circuit going forward.

A Design Reveal with Global Pedigree

Having Josef Kaban — Vice President of Design for MG — present to introduce the new models gave the launch genuine authority. Kaban's presentation offered attending media and creators a rare insight into the design philosophy behind the MG4 and MG4 Urban, elevating the event beyond a standard car reveal and into something with real editorial weight.


Branding, Production and Car Logistics

From the moment guests arrived, every detail reinforced MG's brand identity. Our team managed the complete room dressing, including point-of-sale materials, AV and audio setup, furnishings, and staging. When content creators are in the room, every background, every angle, and every surface becomes part of the story — so nothing was left to chance.


On the logistics side, managing electric vehicles at a press event requires particular expertise. We oversaw the full fleet operation: ensuring every vehicle was prepared to the highest presentation standards, managing charging schedules, handling vehicle allocations, and coordinating catering and guest hospitality across both days. The reality of running a fleet of EVs across a multi-day event — with tight scheduling and zero margin for error — demands meticulous planning and constant oversight. It is an area where our deep experience with electric vehicles makes a tangible difference.


Partnership Working with Loop PR

Our collaboration with Loop PR was central to the event's success. Loop managed all media invitations and journalist management, while we focused on event production, logistics, and the content creator programme. It is a model we have refined across multiple campaigns: we work alongside PR agency partners to provide specialist automotive event management services, and the result is a press event where every element — from the media list to the last EV charge — is covered by the team best placed to deliver it.
