The automotive marketing team have been working hard (and to great success) this month on demand creation growing the media and PPC activations for Collecting Cars.
The disruptive online auction business has seen strong growth over the past year and January has seen an even bigger step up. Enquiries are up over 50% compared to last month thanks to campaign activations across social media and PPC targeting new consumers.
The agency also launched Collecting Cars Trade with a specific focus on growing B2B users of the auction platform with print and digital media activations across multiple trade titles.
Some of the consignments on Collecting Cars in January have been spectacular. A Porsche 911 Re-imagined by Singer reached an incredible £690,500, with other amazing cars such as a 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GT - Classiche Certified which sold for £276,000, 2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera 59 reaching £218,000, a 1995 Honda NSX Type R fetching £160,000, and even a 1977 original Volkswagen Beetle with just 435 miles from new selling for £25,251.
