Through our events work at We Are Nameless, we have spent years managing brand activations for automotive and motorcycle brands across the UK and Europe. Press launches, roadshows, festivals, dealer events, media days. At most of those events, the brief included an event unit of some kind. A space for the brand to host from. A lounge for guests. A display environment for the product.


We have hired from across the market. There are good suppliers in the UK event unit hire industry, and many of them deliver a solid, reliable service. But we noticed a pattern. The units themselves were rarely ready in the way our clients expected. The specification would get us most of the way, and then we would spend the remaining time and budget sourcing the extras to close the gap. Better connectivity. More appropriate furniture. Reliable climate control for multi-day events. AV that matched the content our clients had invested in producing. The operational thinking that turns a unit into an environment rather than a space.


We felt there was room for something different. A premium, fully equipped approach where the thinking has been done before the unit arrives. A different approach to event unit hire.


Event Activators is a new division of We Are Nameless, dedicated to premium mobile showroom hire across the UK. The proposition is straightforward. Every unit in the fleet arrives with a core specification that covers what a brand activation actually needs to operate as a finished environment from the moment of setup.


The day rate includes the unit, the core specification, and a standard branding pack. Starlink satellite WiFi. Climate control. A 75-inch UHD screen. Premium leather seating. A Nespresso machine. An integrated fridge. A branded fascia produced to the client's guidelines. LED lighting. HIAB delivery and full on-site setup. Operational within the hour.


Optional extras sit alongside the standard specification for clients who want to extend the activation environment. Outdoor furniture, planting, flags, signage, digital POS, extended branding, content creation, and staffing are all available but quoted separately. The distinction is clear: the essentials are in the day rate. The extras are genuinely optional, not essentials repackaged as add-ons.


Two product families. The Lounges are fully equipped premium environments for hospitality, brand activation, press events, and VIP hosting. The Showrooms are architectural display units designed around the client's product. A bespoke capability sits alongside both for projects that need something built from scratch.
