This July, MG Motors UK captured the spotlight with two major brand moments – and We Are Nameless was proud to be the automotive event agency supporting them. From creating real-world buzz at the Goodwood Festival of Speed to helping orchestrate a premium press launch for the all-new IM5 and IM6, our team played a key role in activating, managing, and elevating both experiences.

A Show-Stopping Presence at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Goodwood is one of the most important dates in the automotive calendar – and MG used it as a platform to showcase its bold design direction, electric future, and racing spirit. The stand was a visual statement in itself – a striking, modern structure designed and built by Connect Live, featuring huge digital walls and immersive 3D graphics. The result was an environment that celebrated MG’s identity while offering a powerful stage for new product reveals and audience interaction.

Our team were responsible for delivering the entire customer experience on the stand. We provided a carefully selected team of brand ambassadors, each of whom had undergone extensive training to ensure they were well-versed in MG’s brand story, product range, and tone of voice. Their presence ensured that every visitor received a warm, engaging, and informative experience – whether they were seeing MG for the first time or were long-time fans of the brand.
The stand featured three major highlights:– the global reveal of the IM5 and IM6 all-electric models,– the futuristic Cyber X concept,– and the MG EX4 race car concept, which thrilled fans as it tackled the iconic Goodwood Hill, driven by BTCC star Dan Rowbottom.
Influencer Engagement That Extended Reach
To support MG’s appearance at Goodwood and amplify the brand’s reach, we executed a high-impact influencer programme. We invited well-known personalities whose audiences aligned with MG’s values and ambitions, including:
Harry Benjamin (F1 commentator)
Danni Menzies (TV presenter)
Victoria Pendleton (Olympic gold medallist)
Gethin Jones (TV and radio presenter)
Each influencer experienced the excitement of the Goodwood Hillclimb as passengers in a performance MG vehicle – delivering energetic, authentic content that resonated with their followers and expanded MG’s reach to new audiences. As their content rolled out across multiple platforms, it helped create a full brand immersion to the digital audience too.

Content Creation That Powered the Weekend
As part of our integrated delivery, our in-house automotive content creation team was fully embedded at Goodwood. Working in real time, our videographers and photographers created a constant stream of brand-aligned, high-quality content.
But more than just documentation, our role was to fuel MG’s entire social media presence across the weekend. We captured dynamic behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, influencer moments, car reveals, and crowd engagement – and we delivered daily edits that were published across MG’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels in real time.
This agile, on-the-ground content creation allowed MG to remain visible, reactive, and relevant across the entire show – and helped maintain brand energy long after the final hill climb.
IM5 & IM6 Press Launch – Operational Excellence in Motion
Straight after Goodwood, we switched gears to support MG’s official press launch of its important new EVs: the IM5 and IM6. The event was held at the beautiful Alexander House & Utopia Spa, a luxurious Sussex venue that provided the perfect setting for media to test drive, photograph, and experience the new models.

In partnership with Loop PR, who expertly managed all media communications and press liaison, We Are Nameless handled the event logistics and guest experience – a core capability of any experienced automotive event agency.
Our responsibilities included:
Fleet management of over 20 vehicles
Professional valeting and vehicle prep
Presentation equipment and AV support
Branded signage and wayfinding
Airport and train transfers
Full on-site operations and guest support
Every detail – from car keys to coffee – was accounted for and professionally delivered. We ensured that journalists could focus entirely on the product, knowing everything else was taken care of.
