Card payments go through. Social posts go out in real time. The connection is there because we built it in.
The Nespresso machine is built in, too. Two hundred capsules included. Branded cups printed to your specification. Coffee is a small thing until it is not there, and it is very much there with these units. Your team can host a visitor properly from the first hour of the first day without arranging a single additional thing.
There is an integrated fridge. There is a Hoover, stored in its own dedicated cupboard, so the team can keep the unit looking exactly right between visitor groups and at the end of each day. The furniture is high-quality throughout. Leather armchairs. A coffee table. A reception counter. A 75-inch UHD display screen wall-mounted at the rear, ready to play video, graphics, and brand messaging from a loaded USB stick. No technical setup required. No AV contractor needed on site. Plug it in and it works. Timber-clad interior walls. Recessed LED downlighting. Climate control. 32 amps of clean power throughout. A full-width branded fascia running the length of the unit above the entrance.
The unit arrives on a HIAB. It is operational within the hour. Set-up windows at major automotive events are tight, and the speed of deployment is a deliberate design decision, not a happy accident. When the event is over, slide the doors closed. The unit still presents a premium branded face to the world even when the team has packed up for the night. It is collected when the show is done and leaves without a trace.

Available in black or white as standard. On branding, anything is possible. The entire exterior can be wrapped or painted to specification. The rear acoustic panels are replaceable and can be changed to different colours or finished with personalised brand wallpaper, making the interior completely ownable. From a clean co-branded presence through to a total visual takeover, the unit becomes your space entirely.
For larger events the format is modular. Multiple units configured together create a bigger footprint without commissioning a bespoke build. We also make a double-width glass-fronted version — a mobile micro showroom — where the vehicle sits inside and the whole front face is glass. Right for shopping centre product placements. Right for press launch environments where the car needs to be seen before anyone walks in. Right for dealer activations where the space needs to feel permanent without being permanent.
Additional options are available alongside the core unit. Feather flags, café barriers, and branded outdoor furniture. Garden furniture packages, composite click decking, and freestanding pergolas to extend the footprint and create an outdoor brand environment around the unit. People are too busy to spend days researching the best option. They do not want to spend a fortune on branding. A blank canvas is not always the right answer. We also see the short windows available for set-up and tear-down at a number of shows.
